Please note that assignments will not begin until the event in August.

As a Volunteer, you become an important member of a large team proudly committed to provide a memorable experience for thousands of daily visitors to the Quad Cities Balloon Festival!

The festival team is most appreciative of the 100+ volunteers who annually come out to the festival, work one shift, two, or the entire weekend, meet new people and have a great time. Every year men, women, and young adults generously volunteer their time and energy to make sure the event runs smoothly and that our guests have an awesome time. Local corporations and organizations volunteers are onsite throughout the weekend to direct our guests, answer questions, and support the Festival Operations.

This year we are recruiting volunteers from the community and from organizations to be onsite and available throughout the weekend to ensure our attendees have a wonderful experience at our event. ​​

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST HAVE YOUR NAME, COMPLETE E-MAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.

Please note that the QC Balloon Festival is unable to accept volunteers under the age of 12. Volunteers between the ages of 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
